This family I've not met in person, but everytime I speak with Neal or Christy, I feel as if I'm a part of their family. I recently had some financial issues, and couldn't pay on time. They left a note in my door to call. Christy answered, not being mean or gruff, asking when am I going to pay? Oh no, just the opposite.
