This family I've not met in person, but everytime I speak with Neal or Christy, I feel as if I'm a part of their family. I recently had some financial issues, and couldn't pay on time. They left a note in my door to call. Christy answered, not being mean or gruff, asking when am I going to pay? Oh no, just the opposite. She told me she understands that issues come about and that I have a month to pay my bill. All I can say is if you need lawn care, you can't go wrong with Real Deal!
